Robert Rodriguez – Mexico

Brother Robert Rodriguez was born and raised in the city of Ensenada, Mexico. At the age of 7 years old, he received the gift of the Holy Ghost and got later baptized in the precious name of Jesus. During his teenage years, he helped his pastor (Father) playing the drums for the local church.

At 19 years of age, he enlisted in the US Army and later retired with 20 years of service. During his military career, he served as a Sunday school teacher, preacher and other capacities at the churches he and his family attended here in the US and overseas as well. While stationed in the country of Germany in the year of 2009, the Rodriguez along with the Gallimore family (another military family) felt the need to start a church in the city of Wiesbaden. Soon in the month of November 2009, they began having services in their homes and not long after that, God opened the doors, and they moved to a building in the city of Bierstadt, Germany.

In the year of 2011 the Rodriguez family moved to the city of Elk Grove, Ca and they have been under the leadership of Pastor Myles Young and Bishop Wilson. They served in a short term mission to the Island of Roatan, Honduras during the year of 2013. The Rodriguez has been hosting a VBS in the city of Ensenada, Mexico during the summer for the last several years. Recently, God has opened doors with over 20 churches locally and around Mexico. The land is ready for harvest, and God has answered Bro. Rodriguez’s prayer of being able to go back to his homeland to spread the Gospel and help move the Kingdom of God forward.

In the year of 1994, he married his wife Maria, and they have three sons: Jonathan, Benjamin, and Caleb.
